Forget the Future - Looking Into the Past

Jason E. Powell, a cameraist from the US, is being praised online and is influencing a global network of photographers with his 'Looking Into the Past' project, which superimposes old, historical photographs over their original scenes:

Jason Powell claims to have been inspired by a project called 'souvenirs' by Michael Hughes, which using the same method combines souvenirs with landscapes.
