Microsoft has developed
Bing Maps technology, which integrates augmented reality as well as completely fluid 3D rendering of global locations down to street level -- not only that, but it will also incorporate various applications and Flickr geo-registered imagery that connects Flickr users' imagery (a.k.a. crowd sourced imagery) to the imagery of Bing Maps.
That's not all, the new Bing Maps will also allow live - real-time - video broadcasts, on location, as well as the integration of
WorldWide Telescope, which maps the sky (with zoom) ... hold on to your hats.
